Executive Longevity Medicine Program

The Milagros Longevity Program is a comprehensive lifestyle program. We have successfully provided thousands of people with cutting edge lifestyle science for successfully reversing some of society's major health concerns, including obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. This is a commitment from both of us to work together to change your behaviors and lifestyle so you may reach, achieve and maintain Optimal Health.

One of our hallmarks is EXPERT medical attention for achieving major life saving changes seamlessly and efficiently. We provide:

• Complete history and physicial examination, including medication review, dietary analysis, and weight loss planning. Initial visit requires 3-4 hours with weekly 45 minute evaluations.
• On going weekly evaluation and consultation with our physicians closely tracking your overall health, energy levels, weight loss, and medication dosages. Many of our patients are able to substantially reduce drug dosages, specifically drugs for high blood pressure, diabetes, and abnormal cholesterol.
• CardioMetabolic Stress Test
• State of art complete blood panels, including inflammatory markers, hormone levels, comprehensive cholesterol analysis, triglycerides, insulin and blood sugar sensitivity.
• Personalized exercise program

In this Concierge Program, you will undergo a VIP:

21. Optional studies include Cardiac Stress Treadmill with Stress ECHO, Abdominal Aorta Ultrasound, Lower Extremity Arterial Doppler Ultrasound, and Nerve Conduction Velocities.

Your initial consultation and examination will take between 3 and 4 hours. Once monthly, we will meet and discuss your progress in detail (45 - 60 minutes). Some of the above tests my be repeated monthly or as needed to gauge your progress. All test results will be forwarded to you and your primary care physician. We conduct ourselves as part of your total healthcare team and do not compete with or attempt to exclude your primary care physician.

Depending upon the results of the testing, your physical health, and your goals, a personalized and structured regimen for metamorphosis will be developed for you.

As you can imagine, your health insurance (Pacificare, Blue Cross/Shield, Aetna, CIgna) won't pay for "screening" tests or for the prevention of illness. If you have one of the disease states above, we may be able to get some of the tests and/or treatments paid by your insurance company.

We work under the assumption that they will deny your requested tests and services, and we will provide you with the costs before any test or services are rendered. If you chose to have tests or services provided, we will provide you with a detailed receipt so you can submit it to your accountant,m insurance company, etc for any future reimbursements that may be due to you by your insurance company.
